It covers Ngorongoro Crater Highlands Trekking (mostly trekking Safaris).

This tour is for those who like to immerse themselves in nature.

• Day 1: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Arusha for dinner, staying overnight at Moyoni Lodge.
• Day 2: After breakfast we drive to Ngorongoro Crater, via the Serengeti, for game viewing inside the crater with a picnic lunch at Hippo Pool. Dinner and our overnight stay will be at Simba Campsite on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater.
• Day 3: Early breakfast and then we depart with your guide for a crater tour on the way to Nainokanoka Village (50km from the Simba Campsite).  If we arrive early enough we will visit the Olmoti Crater and view the Munge River waterfalls and the crater. The crater is the source of the Munge River which drains its water into the Ngorongoro Crater, and is a 45-60 minute walk from the camp. Dinner and our overnight stay will be at  Nainokanoka campsite.
• Day 4: Early breakfast and then we commence our trek from Nainokanoka to Empakaai Crater (5-6 hours) accompanied with luggage laden donkeys (Maasai landrovers) and your Maasai escorts through the beautiful Maasai lands and indigenous villages. Here your guide will explain about the culture of the Maasai people and Tanzania in general.You will pass the Elbulbul Depression where the Maasai livestock mix-graze with herds of Zebra and Wildebeest and discover the rich bird life.Dinner is served as we camp overnight on the rim of the Empakaai Crater.
• Day 5: Early breakfast and then we start our trek from Empakaai Crater to Nayobi Village (4-5 hours). It is worth arising early  so you don`t miss the beautiful panoramic sunrise above the lake in Empakaai Crater. After lunch we re-pack the donkeys to start our 7km trek on the rim of the crater heading for Nayobi Village where we fill our water bottles and enjoy the custom of the locals. After this break  we trek to our campsite under the acacia trees for dinner and a well deserved rest.
• Day 6: Early breakfast and then we commence our trek from Nayobi Village to Lake Natron (3-4 hours) Where we will discover more beautiful landscape while walking down to the floor of the Rift Valley, on the way taking in the sights of Lake Natron, Oldoinyo Lengai and the vast Serengeti plains, on arrival we will take a breather and enjoy lunch. After our rest we will be picked up by 4×4 vehicles and driven to Lake Natron Campsite where you can refresh yourself in the Lake Natron River. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Lake Natron Riverside Campsite.
• Day 7: After an early breakfast we take a tour to view the famous Pink flamingos of Lake Natron also teeming with a large variety of other bird species. We then return to camp for lunch and spend the afternoon at Lake Natron River Waterfalls for a refreshing swim in the fresh, clear, clean water coupled with some rest and relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the Lake Natron Campsite.
• Day 8:  We commence our ascent from Lake Natron toward the summit of the active volcano Oldoinyo Lengai  (Maasai for “The Mountain of God”) at midnight,Taking 6 to 7 hours to climb up the summit (2878m). On the Summit on a clear day you will have a great view of the Serengeti Plains and Lake Natron. If you are lucky you can also see Mt Meru and Mt Kilimanjaro. We will rest and enjoy our packed breakfast while we take in the scenery. After descending (3-4hrs) we will be picked up and returned to the campsite for lunch. On finishing lunch we will proceed to Arusha then be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your return flight.
